By subscribing to our fermented products you agree to the following terms. UK delivery only.

How It Works

• Your chosen bundle is delivered monthly and renews automatically.
• Payment is taken 24-48 hours before each scheduled delivery.
• Subscribers receive a 5% discount on every order.

Managing Your Subscription

• Skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your account.
• Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
• If you cancel after billing, the current order will still ship and cancellation takes effect from the following month.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final once shipped (perishable goods).
• Refunds or replacements are issued for damaged, incorrect, or missing items - contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
