Food & Perishable Products
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on perishable or chilled food items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Please ensure chilled products are refrigerated immediately upon delivery, following the storage instructions provided on the product label and product page.
Non-Perishable Products
