  • gin, vermouth, campari in equal parts

    Stir slowly with ice. Garnish with either a slice of orange or orange peal. Feeling alternative, why not try bergamot.

  • tequila, cointreau, agave syrup, lime juice, salt

    Shake well before serving. Garnish with salt and a slice of lime.

  • tomato juice, vodka, Lea & Perrins, black pepper, celery salt, vinegar

    Pour over ice, serve with celery salt rim, and a stick of celery.

  • tequila, Cointreau, agave syrup, lime juice, chilli, salt

    Shake well before pouring over ice, garnish with chilli

  • tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice

    Shake well before serving. Pour over ice, and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.

    Pour over ice, stir and top up with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with mint
